Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Agenda Custom offers refunds for custom digital PDF downloads.

Summary

  • Time window: 14 days from purchase (the "no-friction window").
  • Most refunds can be requested directly in-product and are processed automatically.
  • Print-Ready Guarantee: if our exported file is rejected by your print shop due to our output, we will fix it within 24 hours or refund you.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We may ask for optional feedback so we can improve, but feedback is not required for approval within the no-friction window.

You are also eligible outside the standard window if:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You received the wrong file or it materially differs from what was described.
  • The file was not delivered and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • A print provider rejects the file because of export/output defects that originate from Agenda Custom and we cannot provide a corrected file within 24 hours.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Outside the no-friction window, refunds may be denied if:

  • You lost access to the file due to your own device or storage failure.
  • You provided incorrect information for customization and the file was correctly generated from that information.
  • The issue is unrelated to Agenda Custom output quality.

How to Request a Refund

Primary (fastest): use the refund request control in your account billing area. Eligible requests are processed automatically to the original payment method.

Fallback: email us at support@agendacustom.com with:

  • Your name and order number.
  • The reason for the refund request (optional within the no-friction window).
  • Any supporting details (screenshots or error messages).

We will review requests promptly and respond within a reasonable time.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing starts immediately after approval. Final posting time depends on your payment provider but typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

EU and UK Digital Content Rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content immediately, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve any issues quickly.
